Shipping
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipping is available in Canada, United Kingdom and U.S.A. Delivery times are an estimation set by the courier and cannot be guaranteed.
Current estimations for orders:

🇺🇸 U.S.A, 3-6 business days
🇬🇧 UK, 8-15 business days
Shipping costs and courier are determined by shipping location entered during the checkout process. Your orders will be shipped by Canada Post, USPS or Asendia, via Chit Chats.*
It is your responsibility, as the customer, to pay any fees or duty required to accept your package.

I know this industry can be wasteful, so I make sure that every piece of packaging I use is either recycled, recyclable, or compostable. Earth forever!

Returns and Exchanges
All items are final sale
Due to the nature of the items I sell, the cost to return is often higher than the cost to manufacture them in the first place. Because of this I do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Damaged or incorrect goods
I package your orders carefully to ensure they get to you safely, but on the slim chance that your item(s) arrive damaged, or you receive the wrong order please get in touch at cat@whencreativestudio.com so I can work with you to make things right.
